でもあります。まずどのような自己表現があるのかみていきましょう。
【アグレッシヴ・攻撃的自己表現】 私はＯＫ、あなたはＮＯＴ ＯＫ(どうでもよい)。 【ノン・アサーティヴ・非主張的自己表現】 あなたはＯＫ、私はＮＯＴ ＯＫ。 【アサーティヴな自己表現】 私もあなたもＯＫ。
と３つのタイプに分かれます。
一つずつみていきましょう。
【アグレッシヴ・攻撃的自己表現】 ①自分の意見、考え、気持ちははっきり言うが相手の意見、考え、気持ちは軽視、無視する。 ②押し付けがましく相手に言うことを聞かせようとし、支配的。 ③一方的な主張をし、相手の話を聞かない。 ④感情的に罵ったり声を荒げる。 ⑤他罰的で責任転嫁する。
【ノン・アサーティヴ】 ①相手の意見、考え、気持ちばかりを窺い、相手に合わせる。 ②自分の意見、考え、気持ちを表現しない。 ③「ノー」と言えない。 ④相手任せで諦めやすく消極的。 ⑤ストレートに言わず遠回しな表現をする。 ⑥他人本位で自己否定的。 ⑦依存的、自己犠牲が強く卑屈になりがち。
【アサーティヴ】 ①自分の意見、考え、気持ちを表現する時に、相手の気持ちにも十分配慮する。 ②穏やかに主張でき、現実的な目標を追求する。 ③自分にも相手にも素直であり、率直である。 ④必要ならば譲歩、妥協してもよいと考えられる。 ⑤積極的且つ歩み寄りの姿勢があり、自他協力的。 ⑥自分の責任で行動。

アサーションに取り組む上で重要なポイントがあります。それは・・・。
自分には感情があり、自分の感情を大切にし表現してよい。 ➡︎ 自分は完璧な人間ではないが、人格を持った価値ある存在である、と認めること。
自分と同様に、他者にも感情があり、相手からの「ＮＯ」や拒絶を受けるかもしれない覚悟を持つこと。
お互いに歩み寄って、お互いに納得がいく結論に向かおうとすること。
「いつでもアサーティヴであらねばならない」と考えないこと。➡︎ 自分の行動、考え、感情は自分自身で決めてよい。
