今回は論理療法について３回にわたってお話ししようと思います。
論理療法とは、
アメリカの臨床心理学者であるアルバート・エリスが提唱した“人の悩みは出来事に対する受け取り方に左右される”という考えに基づき、出来事を現実的に捉え理性的に正しく考えることで、心が安定していくとされる認知療法の一つです。
国内では認知行動療法の中で取り入れられていくことが多く、組織でも従業員のメンタルヘルス向上のために広く使われており、私も講演や研修会で話をしています。
論理なんてなんだか難しそう・・・そう思うかもしれません。しかし、その理念をしっかり理解すると大いに日常に活かせることがわかってきます。
論理療法にはあまり聞き馴染みのない幾つかの特徴的な用語があります。
①【外在化】がいざいか
②【セルフヘルプ】自助
③【ＡＢＣ理論】
④【論駁】ろんばく
とりあえず今回はここまでとします。次回は、論理療法を理解するために上記①〜④の用語の解説をしていきます。ちょっと大学の講義のようですが、学生気分で読んでいただければ幸いです。
