激励＜背中のひと押し＞：「うん、大丈夫、さぁ行っといで」「君ならできる」
『なぁんだ、そんなことか』と思いますよね。
この組み立てと順番を意識しながら上手に励ますことで、相手の不安や緊張を和らげたり励ましたり、元気づけたり、やる気を引き出したりできるのがペップトークの特徴です。
元々はアメリカのスポーツ界で試合前に監督やコーチが選手を励ますためにおこなっていたものなのです。
長々と話さず１分程度にまとめられるので、緊張している相手でも話を十分に理解でき、本来持っている力を発揮できるのです。
