ＬＧＢＴＱのＬＧＢは、“性的指向”の三要素であり、トランスジェンダーやトランスセクシャルの『Ｔ』は“性自認”により決定されるものです。

改めて整理してみましょう。

  • 性的指向→どんな性別の人を好きになるか。
  • 性自認→自分の性をどう認識しているか。

マジョリティーでは、性自認（気持ち／心の性）が女性の場合、身体の性も女性。性自認が男性の場合、身体の性も男性と言われています。

上記が一致していても、

性的指向（性的対象）がマジョリティーではない、または、身体の性と性自認（心の性）が一致せず違和感を持つ人がＬＧＢＴに該当します。

この先なるべくわかりやすく、私が自分（女性）とパートナー（男性）を例にさまざまなパターンを考えてみましょう。現実の私とパートナーは次のようになります。

【私】身体：女性／性自認：女性
▷性指向：女性・男性→両性なのでバイセクシャルということでセクシャルマイノリティー。

※これが、男性／女性だけでなくトランスセクシャルやトランスジェンダー、Ｘジェンダーなど、まだまだある性自認の人たちすべてが性指向となる人のことを“全人愛”＜バンセクシャル＞と呼びます。
【パートナー】身体：男性／性自認：男性
▷性指向：女性→セクシャルマジョリティー。

※医学的性別(身体の性)、性自認が一致していることをシスジェンダーと呼び、異性愛者をヘテロセクシャルと呼び、これが一般的にセクシャルマジョリティーと言われていて、パートナーはそのまんまセクシャルマジョリティーですね。

それではさまざまなパターンを例として列挙してみます。

【私】身体：女性／性自認：男性
【パートナー】身体：男性／性自認：男性
▷私の身体の性が女性でも、性自認が男性でパートナーが性自認・身体共に男性の場合、私は“男性として男性が好き”なので『ゲイ』になります。

一般的な男女のカップルに見えても、実はゲイカップル、ということになります。
【私】身体：女性／性自認：女性
【パートナー】身体：男性／性自認：女性
▷パートナーの身体が男性であっても、性自認が女性で性指向も女性の場合、身体・性自認共に女性である私を好きなのでレズビアンになります。

一般的な男女のカップルに見えても、実はレズビアンカップル、ということになります。

大丈夫ですか？こんがらがってませんか？

また、身体の性が私（女性）、パートナー（男性）であっても、私たちの性自認が私（男性）、パートナー（女性）である場合、ＦＴＭヘテロセクシャルが私で、ＭＴＦヘテロセクシャルがパートナーということになります。

※ＦＴＭ：フィメール・トゥ・メールの略（女性の身体でありながら性自認は男性）

※ＭＴＦ：メール・トゥ・フィメールの略（男性の身体でありながら性自認は女性）

図で表すと以下のようになります。

一度パートナーに聞いたことがあります。「黙っててごめん。私、見た目は女だけど、実は心は男で、男として男のあなたが好きなんだ、って言ったらどうする？」と。

こんがらがっていました（笑）その後に「ゲイやレズビアンは当然認めてるけど、自分事となるとオレはノンケ（ヘテロセクシャル）だから、パートナーには身体はもちろん、性自認も女性の人に、オレのことは男性として愛してほしい・・・かな」ということでした。
