現在メンタル・イデア・ラボではインターネットカウンセリング（以下ネットカウンセリング）やリモート面談はおこなっていませんが、それには理由があります。

お話をお聴きしている時、私は相談者の目線の動きやわずかな表情変化（マイクロジェスチャー）を細かく見ています。いかにも“観察してます！”的なガチ見はしていないので、幸い気づかれたことはありません。

どこかに不安があると必ずマイクロジェスチャーとして表れます。

大概バストアップしか映し出さないリモートでは相談者から得られる情報が少なすぎて、見落としや勘違いが起きる可能性が出てきます。

コロナ禍でネットカウンセリング、リモート面談が増えています。何度もお会いして話をしてきた人とたまたまネットカウンセリング、事情が事情ですし、これは構いません。

最初から最後まで、つまり初対面から画面越しで一度も会うことなく、メールだけ、画面越しのみ、これはメンタル・イデア・ラボの考え方、理念とは少し違うのです。リモートは飽くまでも付帯的なもの、という位置付けです。
