これほど“猫も杓子もマインドフルネス”になるずいぶん前から、パーソナルでも企業講習でもマインドフルネスセッションをおこなっているのですが・・・。
マインドフルネスは“今ここ”に意識を集中させ感じていくことからスタートします。その中で“ありのまま”（例えば負の感情）をそのまま、何もジャッジせず意識し、受け取っていくのですが、社会的にまだまだネガティブな感情を【悪／マイナス／敵】、ポジティブな感情を【善／プラス】と見なし、やれポジティブになろうだとか、ポジティブになるためにだとか、ネガティブを捨てようだとか・・・。
“今の感情をありのままジャッジせず受け取る”のがマインドフルネスなのに、ネガティブ＝悪、のような先入観があると自動的に「ネガティブ良くない」フィルターがかかり“そのままの自分の感情”を受け取ることができません。
物事には裏表があるように、光があるところには影ができるように、ポジティブだけでルンルン生きていける人などいないのです。楽観的だけ！なのもどうかと思いますが・・・。
大切なのは“○○があってネガティブな自分”になっていることに気付き、そんな自分も自分の一部であることを否定、拒否せずに受け止めていけることです。
人は多面体で感情も然り
マイナスをマイナスと決めつけるのではなく（実際にマイナスと思えても）、「今自分は、うまくいっている〇〇さんを妬んでいる」「騒ぎながら道いっぱいに広がって歩いていた高校生に腹が立った」の“妬み”“怒り”といった感情を「そんなふうに思ってはいけない（否定）マイナス」「当たり前だ（肯定）」と自分フィルターをかけず、「自分は妬んでいる」「自分は怒っている」をそのままあるがまま感じ、受け取るのです。
感情だけではありません。
『この卵焼きは美味しい』を“柔らかくて”“歯触りが良くて”“塩みと甘味がちょうど良くて”としっかり意識して味わう。これもマインドフルネスセッションでお伝えすることです。
実際にレーズンや浅漬け、チョコレートや飴を使ったワークもやります。もちろん瞑想がベースのマインドフルネスですから、レーズンを“味わう”ことばかりにフォーカスしていませんが（笑）
ストレスマネジメントでいくつかある方法の中でも、マインドフルネスはやりやすさと継続しやすさで群を抜いています。
