価値観【２】

メンタル・イデア・ラボの本城ハルです。

２回目の今回は、価値観の習得段階についてです。

価値観の習得段階は、段階が進むにつれ抽象度が上がり、より高い視点の価値観を形成していくことになります。

Level１＜生存目的レベル＞
生存のための欲求が最優先されるレベルで、生理的欲求を満たすために価値観を持ちます。

Level２＜集団形成レベル＞
家族や友人の中で集団を形成するレベルで、安全性を求め自己犠牲概念が生まれます。また集団の長に従うことを望みます。

Level３＜自己中心レベル＞
自己中心的なレベルに満たされ、自分の欲求に赴くまま行動します。自分の論理が世界の論理という価値観ですが、この価値観はいずれ行き詰まります。

Level４＜社会システム形成レベル＞
自分の欲求をやみくもに追求するだけはなく、社会のルールに従い、その中で自分の欲求を満たす方法論を学びます。

Level５＜実例主義レベル＞
自己利益のためにルールの中で自分の欲求を追求します。企業活動や社会活動など実利活動の中の価値観を形成し、社会的地位を得ていきますが、周囲から疎まれたり疎外されることがあり行き詰まりを感じます。

Level６＜社会的レベル＞
自己犠牲で他者に役立ったり尽くすことで自分の価値を見出します。レベル５の価値観とは真逆の価値観で、全体の調和を大切にしますが、実利と繋がらず組織として機能することが困難になる場合もあります。

Level７＜存在超越レベル＞
他者を犠牲にすることなく自己実現を優先する方法を模索しながら価値観を形成します。その中で、自分は社会に良い変化をもたらす存在でなければいけないと考えるようになります。

人は“価値がある”と感じるものに対し【接近行動／その価値に近づこうとする】行動を、“価値がない”と感じているものに対し【回避行動／その価値を遠ざけようとする】行動を取ります。

【３】では価値観の具体例を挙げてみます。その中には必ず自分の価値観を知るヒントがありますので、いくつか順位をつけ、その価値観が大切な理由を考えてみてください。
