全３回：『なぜできないんだろう？』の正体 ①

メンタル・イデア・ラボの本城ハルです。

今回は職場などで感じる『困った・・・』を３回に渡って書こうと思います。

職場であなたの周り、あるいはあなた自身、こんな困った感はありませんか？

言われたこと“だけ”しかできない。
→ 例）コピーをお願いしたら（されたら）コピーする“だけ”。順番を揃えたりクリップする配慮はない。ひどい時は報告すら忘れる。

報・連・相がなく、自分勝手に進めてしまい、間違いがあって指摘しても認めない。謝れない、他者のせいにする。

定時を頑なに守ろうとし、周りの同僚などの仕事進捗状況を見て言葉をかけたりしない。

電話を受けながらメモが取れない。

何度も同じ注意をしてもまったく直らない。

融通が利かず気分変調が激しい。

無礼不躾な態度や言動をして取引先や上司を怒らせる。

決めつけが多く、話をすると不快な気分になる。

冗談がまったく通じない。

ざわついた中で会話が聞き取れない。

話している言葉を言葉として認識できても意味がわからない。

自分のやり方を曲げず、変化や新しいやり方を取り入れない。

これらは一括りに性格や性分、場合によっては無能と思われがちですが、ひょっとしたら『大人の発達障害』かもしれません。

見えない脳の発達の偏りや認知の違いから、自身や周りの人たちにさまざまな困り感が現れてしまう発達障害。

次回はその中でもＡＤＨＤとＡＳＤ＜自閉症スペクトラム（アスペルガー）＞にフォーカスし、なぜそのようなことが起こるのかと、その対処例を書いていきたいと思います。
