今回は、話をしていると相手を地味に不愉快にし、イライラさせてしまう残念な人のお話です。皆さんは
イライラ３Ｄ
をご存知でしょうか？
会話をしている時に、いちいち「でも（DEMO）」「だけど（DAKEDO）」「だって（DATTE）」を付けて話をする人のことですが、案外口癖になっている人が多いことに気付きます。
●「最近あんまり彼から電話がなくって・・・」←友達に寂しい気持ちや不安を聞いてほしい。 ○「だけど彼も仕事で疲れてるんじゃないの？」←彼女の寂しい気持ちや不安をガン無視。 ●「普段はいいんだけど、デートとか旅行とか大事なこと決める時は話したいし、ライン送ってるんだけどね」←ちょっと不安な気持ち。 ○「だって、ライン返せないくらい忙しいかもしれないじゃん」←最初の不安や寂しさをガン無視した挙げ句、不満な気持ちもスルー。
これだと「私の気持ち、伝わらないなぁ」と、ここでも寂しくなったりつまらなくなってしまいます。
当たり前ですが、この３Ｄを頭に持ってくると、
すべて相手が言った話の内容をはね付け“否定”する言葉になります。
●「土曜の映画、待ち合わせ時間や場所、どうする？」 ○「渋谷駅前に９時は？」 ●「でも渋谷駅前だとわかりづらくない？」 ○「じゃぁ、パルコ前に９時１５分は？」 ●「う〜ん、だけど９時１５分だと早くない？」 ○「映画が９時半スタートだから、ちょうどいいと思うよ」 ●「だって朝早く起きなきゃいけなくなるじゃん」
モヤモヤしませんか？
●「何を食べたい？」 ○「何でもいいよ」 ●「じゃぁ、中華にしよっか」 ○「でも中華はちょっと・・・」 ●「そっか、じゃぁパスタは？」 ○「あ、でもパスタは昨日食べたし・・・」 ●「天ぷらはどう？」 ○「うーん、だけど天ぷらは胃もたれしそうだし」
これはイライラしますが、３Ｄ以前に“何でもいいと言いながら、ダメなものがあるなら自分で提案しましょうよ”かもしれませんね（笑）

違う意見や考え、想いがあって当然ですし、それを伝えるのも構わないと思います。ただ、相手の考えや言っていることを否定する前に、まずは話を受け取る相づちがあると不愉快にはならないものです。
彼があまり電話くれない、の最初のケースでは、「そっか、それは気になるよね」と話を受けた後、「でも、それは仕事で疲れてるのかもよ」と繋げれば“でも”があってもモヤッとしません。
ミラーリングで相手の話を受けて返すと傾聴姿勢も伝わります。
「彼があまり連絡をくれないんだ」
「そっか、彼があまり連絡をくれないんだね、それは寂しいよね」からの「でも疲れてるのかもよ」という具合です。
これは相手との関係がパートナーでも友人でも、同僚や後輩、部下でも同じです。
“デモデモダッテデモダケド”を繰り出されて気分よく会話が続けられるわけがありません。
コミュニケーションは双方が“話を投げる”“受け取り返す”を繰り返しながら広げていき成立するものなので、一方が“受け取らず（避けて）自分の考え（思い）だけを返す”だと、一方にはモヤモヤが残ってしまうのです。
「でも」「だけど」「だって」を口に出す前に、
