学習障害（ＬＤ）について深掘りする【５】

いよいよ最終回となる今回は、自分で（お子さんと一緒にも）ゲーム感覚でおこなえるトレーニングを幾つかご紹介しようと思います。

（１）渦巻きを書く。

・テーブルや床に“右手人差し指で右巻き渦巻き”（ぐるぐる）を書く練習をします。
・次に“左手人差し指で左巻き渦巻き”を書く練習をします。
・スムーズにできるようになったら、次に“右手で左巻きの渦巻き”を書く練習をします。

これは視覚、触覚を使ったボディーイメージを鍛える訓練で、指でできるようになったらペンを使って書いてみましょう。左右弁別（違いを見分ける）があやふやなお子さんにも効果的です。
（２）パズル（タングラム）で、図形見本のとおりに作る。

これは私立小学校受験問題集（図形探し／いくつもに区切られた大きな四角の中に、いくつ三角形があるかなどを探す）を使うと案外楽しくカタチ認識を鍛えることができます。いくつか挙げておきます。→【例本】
（３）間違い探しで遊ぶ。

雑誌の懸賞や１００均でも売っている“間違い探し”。これは背景の中にある見たい（見つけたい）モノを見つけ出す、という図地弁別です。この図地弁別が苦手だと似た文字を間違えたりが起こります。一時期流行った“ウォーリーをさがせ”などがとてもオススメです。
（４）視線移動する。

・部屋の１、２メートル離れた場所にあるモノ（例えばカレンダー、時計など）を、首や頭を動かさずに交互に素早く視線移動させる。
・両腕を真っ直ぐに伸ばし、両人差し指を立て、首や頭を動かさずに交互にその人差し指を素早く視線移動させる。
・紙にランダムに数字を１〜２０ほど散らばせて書き、これも首や頭を動かさずに視線だけで１から順に追う。

これは３つとも視覚機能の“跳躍”のトレーニングになります。
目と手の協応を鍛えるには、あやとりやお手玉、輪投げやけん玉、ジェンガが有効です。けん玉やジェンガは協応だけでなく、注意・集中・視空間認知も鍛えられるので特にオススメです。

次に、視覚記憶、聴覚記憶のトレーニングです。

（１）神経衰弱

これはわかりやすい視覚記憶を使うゲームです。
（２）しりとり１

ただのしりとりではなく、これを複雑しりとりにしてやります。
しりとりは言葉の“音”を意識したり、弁別認識する力をトレーニングするのにはうってつけです。
複雑しりとりのルールは、“前の人が言った言葉をリピートしてから自分の言葉を言う”それだけです。
相手が「リンゴ」と言ったら、「リンゴ、ゴミムシダマシ（ゴーヤ、ゴシキヌマ、ゴリョウカク・・・）」というふうに。

相手が小さな子供であれば、わかりやすい短い言葉が良いと思いますが、大人同士なら頭を捻りに捻って長い言葉にしてみるとよいのではないでしょうか。


（３）しりとり２

複雑しりとり２です。ここでは相手が言った言葉を反対に繰り返ししりとりをします。
例）リンゴ　→ ゴンリ　と繰り返してからゴーヤ、次の人もヤーゴ　→ ヤジルシ、と続けます。ワーキングメモリーも鍛えられ、言葉をひっくり返す時にも頭を使います。

『あっち向いてホイ！』も、ボディーイメージを鍛え、左右弁別の訓練になります。

昔からある手遊びや言葉遊びには、偶然にも脳を発達、訓練になる要素がたくさんあるので、改めて見直してみると楽しいかもしれませんね。

余談ですが・・・。

私は大人げないので、寒い朝のゴミ出しを賭けて、中学生の息子とジェンガでガチンコ勝負したり、晩ご飯作りを賭けて、けん玉真剣勝負をしています。結果、私が勝つと晩ご飯が目玉焼きと丸ごとキュウリ１本になることもありますが、１４歳の息子とこんなふうに笑い合い、ぶつかり合う時間はもう１０年もないことを思うと、この時間も貴重な時間だと感じています。
