中学生ADHD息子我が家対策

メンタル・イデア・ラボの本城ハルです。

中学生の息子はＡＤＨＤであることは度々書いてきました。今回は我が家ではどう対策しているのかを書こうと思います。気付けば随時アップしていきたいと思います。

《できないこと》

●ゴミをゴミ箱に入れらない
→ 対策：とにかくゴミ箱を大きく。
『いつもアナタのお側に計画』で、ダンボールにビニール袋をかけ、行儀悪いけれど、どこから投げても入るように工夫。何を食べる時も専用トレイを使用。（ゴミはトレイに、トレイを片付ける時に側にゴミ箱）

●ないない、いつも何かを探し中
→ 対策：とにかくボックスとキーファインダー導入。
帰宅したら、とにかくボックスに何でも放り込む。そこを探れば必要なものは大概出てくるはず。スマホ、自宅鍵、自転車鍵、定期入れ、メガネケース、財布にはキーファインダー（受信機）を貼り付けｏｒ装着。リモコンを押せばどこかで鳴る（光ってバイブ機能も有り）。リモコンは失くさないためにドアノブに吊るしておく。

●時間管理ができない
→ 対策：減っていく時間を視覚化。
減っていく時間を視覚的に確認できる“ドリテックアナログキッチンタイマー”や“タイムタイマー”を冷蔵庫に貼り付けも含め、いくつも配備。デジタルですが、普通のキッチンタイマー以外にスケジュールに応じて時間や日をカウントアップ・ダウンが設定できる多機能タイマーを活用。今は学校の中間や期末の試験日や受験日をメモリーし、カウントダウン（残り◯日）を設定して使用中。

●使ったタオル・バスタオルを広げて干せない
→ 対策：手間の少ないピンチハンガーを活用。
両端にピンチがあるピンチハンガーに止めるだけ。

●洗濯物をたためない
→ 対策：ハンガーやフックを活用。
掛けられるものはすべて掛けてパイプハンガーに。肌着類はたたまずそのまま大きなカゴにぶちこみ、Ｓ字フックで吊り下げ。

●しまった（見えなくなった）途端、失くなる
→ 対策：見える化収納が基本。
一度しまったり、何かの下になって見えなくなった途端、対象物は“失くなった”ことになることが多々。例えば、文房具。ハサミ、のり、テープ、コンパス、定規、ペン類などは、分類してもぐちゃぐちゃになるので、透明ボックスにこれまたぶち込んでおく。そこを探せば見つかる状態に。

●服薬管理
→ 対策：見やすい場所に出しておく。
我が家ではお茶を飲む冷蔵庫前の棚に１日分づつ朝・夕と小皿に出しておく（「クスリ飲んで！」の声がけが必須ですが）

中学生なのでこんなものですが、社会人ともなればさまざまな手続き書類や請求書、大事な仕事の資料に通勤服、通勤バッグの中の管理、ゴミの分別や収集日のゴミ出し、選別洗濯や日用品の管理などが加わり、将来を考えただけでも卒倒しそうになります。

卒倒してても何も変わらないので、日常的に今できることを増やしていきつつ、何をどう工夫しているのか、彼のライフハック帳に記録し続け、いずれ【母からの思いやりノート】として押し付けてやろうと思っています（笑）。
