心理学の中で使われる単語で、本来の意味とは若干違う意味であったり難しい言葉があるので、先に説明しておきます。
＜ヒューリスティック＞：経験や先入観に基づく思考法。
＜アルゴリズム＞：計算やエビデンスに基づき論理的な解決を目指す思考法。

では本題のバイアス詰め合わせに入ります。
【正常性バイアス】
誰もが持つ心の防衛反応の一つで、「こんなことが起こるわけがない」「自分に限ってありえない」「自分は大丈夫」と、さまざまな事態を過小評価することで誤った判断をしてしまうことです。
例１）非常ベルが鳴ってるが誰かが間違って押してしまったか、消防点検に違いない。 ← まさか火事であるわけがない。
例２）台風で避難勧告が出てるけど、ウチは大丈夫だろう、と避難が遅れる。
【イケア効果】→もちろん家具のＩK E Aではありません（笑）
それがどのようなものでも、自分が手間暇をかけたものには愛着を感じ、過大評価するようになる現象のこと。
例１）よくできた買ったぬいぐるみより、多少雑でも自分が作ったぬいぐるみのほうが可愛い。
例２）高い器より土から練り、自分で作った器のほうが愛着が湧く。
自分、パートナー、母親（あるいは父親）、我が子が作った料理も同じことが言えるかもしれませんね。
【ゼロサムヒューリスティック】
誰かが得をすれば誰かが損をすると考える傾向。
【可用性ヒューリスティック】
認識→理解→決定のプロセスで、自分が思い出しやすい記憶に強くインプットされた情報だけに基づき判断する傾向。
ちょっとわかりにくいですね。例えば、あなたがワイン好きとします。若い頃、初めてフランス旅行へ行った時に飲んだワインの美味しさが忘れられず、世界の多くの国で作られているにも関わらず、フランスで作られたワインを好んで飲むということです。
【ザイオンス効果／単純接触効果】
接触する機会が増えるほど特定のモノやヒトに対して好印象を持つようになる現象のこと。
例１）毎朝コーヒーを買ういつものコンビニで気さくな店員さんに良い印象を持つようになった。
例２）ラジオでよく流れる曲が好きになる。
【心理的リアクタンス】
他者から選択を強制されると、それが自分にとってよい提案や意見であっても反発してしまう。
【舌先現象】
誰でも経験したことがあると思いますが、人と話していて聞かれたことの答えを思い出そうとしていて、喉元まで出ているのに（あるいや頭にはっきり浮かんでいるのに）出てこないこと。
例１）「金曜のドラマ、面白いよね」「面白いよねー、そういえば誰だっけ？あの途中で失踪しちゃう人！」「あー、わかるわかる、キャスターもやってるあの人だよね？名前なんだっけ？」 ←二人して舌先現象ですね（笑）
【確証バイアス】
自分に都合のよい情報ばかりが目に留まり、都合の悪い情報は目に入りにくくなること。
「ほら、言ったとおり！」「やっぱり思ったとおりだ」
これは、自己正当性を裏付ける情報ばかりを集め、自己の意思や情報と反証する情報は無視しがちなことから、仕事でも詰めの甘さが露呈し失敗しがちです。

誰にでもあるバイアス。自分にもバイアスがあることや、どんなバイアスがあるのかを知り、選択決定する場面や他者関係の見直しに役立てて本当の客観性を意識してみましょう。
