- 寝つきが悪くなったり、夜中や明け方に何度も目がさめる。
- 食欲にムラが出て食べられない、または食べ過ぎる。
- お腹を下したり、便秘しやすくなる。
- 頭痛、肩こり、腹痛、胃痛などが出る。
- めまいや耳鳴り、動悸がする。
上記のような状態はストレスが溜まっているサインかもしれません。自分だけではなく、あなたの周りにいる人が気づくこともあります。ストレスが溜まり過ぎてこころの免疫力が低下してしまう前に適切に休むことが、こころとからだの健康には不可欠です。
