生きづらさを感じながら生活をしている人が増えています。それは一体どのような生きづらさなのでしょうか・・・。
- 対人関係が上手くいかない。
- 人より劣っていると感じて苦しい。
- 今の環境（会社／職場、家庭）に馴染めない。
- いろんなことが気になって疲れる。
- 他者に不安感、不信感が強い。
生きづらさを突き詰めていくと、何らかの原因があります。原因次第では認知療法の練習を重ねて生きづらさを上手く薄めていく方法や、自分らしさを取り戻していくプログラムがあったり、診断を受けて自己理解を深めると同時に自身でさまざまなライフハックを取り入れながら周りに配慮をお願いできる場合もあります。
発達障害（グレーゾーン／ＬＤ）やアタッチメント不全（愛着不全）、ＨＳＰ（ＨＳＣ）などがあると、生きづらさを感じる場面が増えます。
今回から２回に渡り、アタッチメント不全（愛着障害）についてお話ししていこうと思います。

アタッチメント不全、いわゆる愛着障害は幼少期の親（養育者）との関係が原因で自己肯定感が低下することで、本人の自覚はなくても心に深い傷を残しながら成長し、成人してからも人間関係を上手く築けないことから生きづらさを抱えます。
近年増加中の虐待死を考えればわかるように、虐待（身体的・精神的・性的・養育遺棄＜ネグレクト＞）は外から見えづらいことも多く、第三者が介入するタイミングが難しい事案です。
何より子供にとって家庭／親子関係は、一番身近で人間関係の最初の一歩を学ぶ場です。最初に学ぶ場で歪んだ愛情を与えられたり、がんじ絡めにされたり、関心を持ってもらえず心に空虚なものを抱えて成長すると“自分を尊重し大切にする”という自己肯定感が育まれません。
親に認められずダメ出しばかりで否定されて育つと『自分は何をやってもできないダメな子なんだ』と自己肯定感はどんどん下がりますし、子供に関心がなく気にもかけなければ『自分は愛されてない』『自分は大切にされる価値もない人間なんだ』と失望し、孤独になります。
親が子供の安全地帯であること、叱ることがあっても認めるべき部分にはきちんと目を向けること、まだ小さくて自分の意思を上手く伝えられなくても、人格を持つ一人の人間であると認めてコミュニケーションを取り、接していくことがとても大切です。
言うことを聞かせよう、思いどおりにさせようと威圧的に支配するような言動は少しずつ子供の心を傷つけ、抑圧と否定ばかりの中で自己肯定感と尊厳を擦り減らしていくのです。
大人でも仕事で「はぁ・・・何やらせても中途半端でロクな出来じゃないな、ダメだダメだ」と否定され続けると自信もやる気も無くしませんか？
「何やらせても出来ないんだから何もせず黙ってデスクにいるだけでいいよ（ため息）」と言われたり、そんな空気を出されて誰からも期待されず、気にもかけてもらえなければ居場所がなくなり、自分は無能だと感じて孤独になりませんか？また、大なり小なりそのような経験はありませんか？
大人ですら鬱になりそうなダメ出しや否定の嵐、まだ自分で自分の心を守る術も愚痴を吐いてリカバーする場所もなく、助けすら求める場を知らない子供たちの見えない苦しみを想像してみてください。
自己肯定感は人間関係構築に大きく影響し、幸せを感じる幸福感をも左右します。
次回はアタッチメント不全がもたらす人間関係への生きづらさが、具体的にどのような形で表れるのかについてお話しします。
