占い依存症の一番の原因は、心の中にある不安感です。

人任せで自分で考えることがなくなっていくので、判断力が低下し何事に対しても占い結果が最良と考え、占いに依存していくのです。

周囲に相談できる人がいない

腹を割って話せる友人や信頼できる家族など、周囲に相談できる人がいない人も占い依存症に陥りやすくなります。誰かしら信頼できる相談者が近くにいるというのは、非常に心強いものですよね。しかし、周囲に相談できる人がいない人は自分一人で抱え込んでしまいがちなので、すがる思いで占い師に相談します。

誰かに悩みを打ち明けられる、アドバイスがもらえるという安心感から、占い依存症に陥ってしまうと考えられます。

真面目な性格

真面目な性格の人も占い依存症になりやすい傾向があります。ストレスや不安を溜め込みやすい真面目な人が不安な生活から目を背けたい、今より良くなりたいという気持ちから占いにのめり込んでしまいます。また、真面目な人は占い結果や占い師のアドバイスをそのまま信じ込みやすい傾向にあります。

占ってもらった結果どおりに行動しているうちに、占ってもらわないと精神的に落ち着かない不安定な状況になっていきます。

ただ、だからといって不真面目を推奨しているわけではないので誤解しないでくださいね。

スピリチュアルを信じる

スピリチュアルを信じる人も占い依存症に陥りやすいです。占いには血液型や生年月日から鑑定するものから、トランプ、タロット、オーラ占いなど直感的な占い方法などさまざまな種類があります。直感的な占いはスピリチュアルを信じる人がハマりやすい傾向があります。
